- All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Australian Goods & Services Tax (10%).
- We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress and PayPal. Please select your payment method at checkout and follow the instructions.
- We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or if the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
- Please note that we may require further information from you in order to process your payment.
- All orders are processed from Melbourne, Australia and shipped complimentary.
- Orders placed before midday (AEST) will be processed and shipped the same day, Monday through Friday, excluding Victorian & Australian public holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
- Ownership and risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery at the specified delivery address.
- We ship via DHL Express for Australian & International orders. Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery so please ensure the delivery address provided is attended between 9am-5pm. In the case that no one is available to sign for the parcel, a delivery card will be left. The parcel will be redirected to your local post office for collection with Australian orders. DHL International will re-deliver the following business day, for International orders.
- Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. We will contact you for an alternate delivery address if an order is submitted with such address.
- Melbourne Same Day Delivery: Upon request, a same-day delivery service is available to Melbourne metropolitan residents for a flat-fee of $20 (AUD), for orders placed before midday (AEST).
- International: Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 3-10 business days from the order date and depending on your location. A customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. A-ESQUE is not responsible for payment of this duty.
- We respect contemplation time. Unworn pieces purchased online may be exchanged, refunded or store credited within 14 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned must be unworn and have original tags and packaging. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
- Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and can be used at A-ESQUE online or any of our boutiques. Credit notes are not redeemable for cash.
- Return Shipping: A-ESQUE is not responsible for return shipping costs, or duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

- Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.
- We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
