COST
- We offer complimentary shipping on all new Australian orders.
PROCESSING TIME

Immediate dispatch is available for pieces in stock.
- You can contact us here regarding product availability.
- If a piece is unavailable, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be produced and processed.
- Our client services team will contact you with updates regarding the progress of your order.
- Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post | Express Post.
- All orders are dispatched from our Richmond Atelier (Melbourne).
- Please allow 3-6 business days after dispatch for your order to be delivered.
- Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.
- Ownership and risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery at the specified delivery address.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
- Upon request, a same day delivery service is available to Melbourne metropolitan residents for pieces in stock at a flat rate of $35.
- The shipping address will need to be attended to receive the delivery.

CLICK AND COLLECT
- Click and Collect is available from our Richmond Atelier, simply select local pick up at checkout.
- You will be notified once your order is ready to be picked up
UPON DELIVERY
- All deliveries require a signature upon delivery so please ensure the delivery address is attended between 9am-5pm - Mon - Fri
- In the case that no one is available to sign for the parcel, a delivery card will be left
SHIPPING | INTERNATIONAL
COST
- Complimentary shipping is available for orders above $1500 AUD.
- For orders under $1500, an international shipping rate of $50 AUD will be charged at checkout for orders outside of Australia.

DUTIES AND TAXES
- Duties, fees and taxes may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside.
- A-ESQUE is not responsible for the payment of any such fees.

- International orders are shipped via Australia Post or DHL Express.
- All orders are dispatched from our Richmond Atelier.
- Please allow 1-3 weeks after dispatch for your order to be delivered.
- Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.

UPON DELIVERY
- All deliveries require a signature upon delivery so please ensure the delivery address is attended between 9am-5pm, Mon - Fri
- In the case that no one is available to sign for the parcel, a delivery card will be left by DHL or the standard process of your local postage carrier.
RETURNS
We respect contemplation time.
Please email service@a-esque.com to request a return.
We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits subject to the following conditions:
CONDITION
- All pieces must be returned unworn and in original condition and original packaging.
- Please ensure that all pieces, including straps, are returned inside the provided dust bag and shipped back in the original box or equivalent.
- Pieces returned in standard postage satchels cannot be accepted due to the risk of damage while in transit.
DELIVERY DATE
- Pieces must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we receive your request within the specified time frame.
- All sales are final after 14 days from delivery.
CREDIT NOTES
- Credit notes are available upon request.
- Credit notes are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online or at our Atelier.
- Credit notes are not redeemable for cash.
PLEASE NOTE
- Archive & Sample Room pieces are final sale and refunds and exchanges will not be offered on these pieces.
- Final Sale policy will also apply to Monogram and Custom Orders.
- Returns will be processed as soon as possible after the piece arrives back at the Atelier. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
- A-ESQUE is not responsible for return shipping costs.
- Duties and Taxes paid on International orders are not refundable.
