We offer complimentary express shipping on all Australian orders via Australia Post.

Processing Time

Immediate dispatch is available for pieces in stock. You can contact us here regarding product availability. If a piece is unavailable, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be produced and processed. Our client services team will contact you with updates regarding the progress of your order.

Delivery Time & Tracking

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post | Express Post. All orders are dispatched from our Richmond Atelier (Melbourne). Please allow 3-5 business days after dispatch for your order to be delivered.

Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.  Ownership and risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery at the specified delivery address.

Same Day Delivery

Upon request, a same day delivery service is available to Melbourne metropolitan residents for pieces in stock at a flat rate of $ 35 AUD. The shipping address will need to be attended to receive the delivery.  Please contact us here to enquire further.

Click & Collect

Click and Collect is available from our Richmond Atelier, simply select local pick up at checkout. You will be notified via email once your order is ready to be picked up.

 Receiving Delivery

All deliveries require a signature upon delivery so please ensure the delivery address is attended between 9am-5pm - Monday to Friday. In the case that no one is available to sign for the parcel, a delivery card will be left.

Duties & Taxes

 Duties, fees and taxes may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. A-ESQUE is not responsible for the payment of any such fees.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post or DHL Express.All orders are dispatched from our Richmond Atelier. Please allow 1-3 weeks after dispatch for your order to be delivered. RETURNS

We respect contemplation time. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits subject to the conditions below. Please submit your intent to return your item via our submission form.

Conditions for Return

All pieces must be returned unworn and in original condition and original packaging. Please ensure that all pieces, including straps, are returned inside the provided dust bag and shipped back in the original box or equivalent. Pieces returned in standard postage satchels cannot be accepted due to the risk of damage while in transit. Subscriber only promotions shared via email marketing are Final Sale and not eligible for refund or return. 

    Delivery Date

    Pieces must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we receive your request within the specified time frame. All sales are final after 14 days from delivery. 

    Credit Notes

    Credit notes are available upon request, and are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online or at our Atelier. Credit notes are not redeemable for cash.

    Restrictions

    A-ESQUE is not responsible for return shipping costs. Duties and Taxes paid on International orders are not refundable. Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

    We hold the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
