Complimentary Shipping
We offer complimentary delivery on all orders, both within Australia and internationally. Your A-ESQUE piece will be carefully packaged and delivered to you at no additional cost.
Craftsmanship & Fulfilment
Each A-ESQUE piece is handcrafted in our Melbourne Atelier with meticulous attention to detail. We maintain limited production to uphold our exacting standards of craftsmanship. In-stock pieces are dispatched immediately. In the rare instance your selection requires additional time, we will be in touch personally.
All A-ESQUE pieces are delivered in an exclusive cotton drawstring dust bag for preservation and luxury. Your order will arrive beautifully packaged, ready to enjoy or gift.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
Australia: Complimentary express delivery typically takes up to 1-3 business days from dispatch.
International: Complimentary standard international delivery typically takes 5-10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing. Express international delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from dispatch.
Melbourne Metropolitan Area: Same-day delivery is available. Please email us with your request at service@a-esque.com.
Customs and Duties
All prices shown include duties and import taxes for international orders. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning we cover all customs duties and import taxes on your behalf.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our Richmond Atelier and our High Street Armadale space, simply select local pick up at checkout. You will be notified via email once your order is ready to be picked up.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please follow the steps below.
Eligibility & How to Return
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
Email service@a-esque.com with your order number and returns request.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We cannot accept damaged returns. Include your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds, Exchanges & Credit Notes
Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund. Approved refunds of online purchases will be processed within 7 business days. In store and Atelier purchases will have credit notes issued.
