A Beautiful Lens

Monica Edwards, a woman whose style we have long admired, has generously shared her lens in the most beautiful and unique way.

With a brief as simple as styling these pieces with her own take, we delivered a selection of bags to Monica throughout the month of April (left at her door), and with little fuss these delicate images were soon with us. Each piece so beautifully captured against a backdrop of delicate pattern, aged brass and gutsy stones, well worn YSL shoes and a gold metallic chiffon dress from Vampires Wife. Monica naturally layers A-ESQUE with texture which speaks to so much of our own inspiration. We love the way she objectifies the bags and approached the pictures using them in a sculptural way.
