To ensure the longevity of your A-ESQUE leather bag, it's important to care for and maintain it properly. We recommend conditioning your bag with a neutral nourishing leather cream and applying it with a soft, colour-free lint cloth. Please do a patch test on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid using protectants on metallic leathers as they may damage the foil coating. If your bag gets wet, let it dry naturally at room temperature and avoid using heat to speed up the process. We offer refunds, exchanges, and store credits under certain conditions. All pieces must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging, and the return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
