Made-to-Order:
Pieces to be made in our Melbourne Atelier upon ordering, which are not held in stock. Although Made-to-Order differs from a Custom Order, we are willing to accommodate your preference in hardware colour (gold or silver) and interior lining colour (beige or black) where possible.
Custom Order:
A piece that is uniquely made from patterns within our collection, in discussion with our design and service team, in your choice of leather, hardware colour and interior lining colour.
Upcycled:
Reworking finished products to transform their design into a new style that enhances current appeal and/or functionality for the express purpose of achieving greater utility from what exists, at no lower a price, rather than creating new or re-valuing the original piece down to enable a sale (discounting to clear).
Pre-loved:
Pieces that have been worn by our team only for the purpose of road-testing designs for their wearability and functionality. Some signs of wear can exist as a result of this process.
Archive:
Styles no longer in production that remain available through limited residual stock, as a result of our no sale policy. Design reference material is kept in our Archive alongside remaining pieces.
Sample:
Prototype pieces, one-off styles in never released colours and pieces we’ve held in our Atelier for design development purposes.
