Shipping & Deliveries

We ship via Australia Express Post or DHL Express for Australian orders.
All deliveries require a signature upon delivery so please ensure the delivery address provided is attended between 9am-5pm, Monday – Friday. In the case that no one is available to sign for the parcel, a delivery card will be left.
Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.
Melbourne Same Day Delivery: Upon request, a same-day delivery service is available to Melbourne metropolitan residents for a flat-fee of $20 (AUD), for orders placed before midday (AEST).
Please note availability of products is not guaranteed.
Ownership and risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery at the specified delivery address.

We ship via DHL Express or Australia Post. A shipping fee may be on-charged.
Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 3-10 business days from the order date and depending on your location.

In the case that no one is available to sign for the parcel, a delivery card will be left with a DHL contact number. DHL International will re-deliver the following business day, for International orders.
Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. We will contact you for an alternate delivery address if an order is submitted with such address.

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Orders are processed Monday through Friday between business hours, excluding Victorian & Australian public holidays.
Orders placed before midday (AEST) will be processed and shipped the same day subject to availability.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
